So what exactly is the Digital Restoration Project?

Let’s just say that I’ve been going through some boxes full of old stuff and finding old pictures, and drawing books full of old art from multiple unfinished projects.

So I decided to take digital pictures of all these things because I don’t have access to a scanner and I’m going to be sharing them with you all through the Digital Restoration Project.

You’ll be seeing a LOT of photos of Terminator 3 stand-ins, and some truly awesome shots of me from the very day Terminator 3 premiered in theaters- including the only shots of me in character as John Connor…scar and all!

There will also be concept art from my original T3 Fanscript T3: Final Retribution, Deep Pulse, Jurassic Park: New Dawn and even more!

So get ready for a blast from the past…and a look into the future!

First Look at Lena Headey in Dredd and Lin on T5!

The image below is from Dredd which releases September 12, 2012. The picture is from the latest issue of Empire Magazine out of the U.K. and features Lena Headey as criminal and clan leader Ma-Ma.

Megan Ellison and Annapurna Films wins Battler Over Terminator Rights!

Over the last three days there’s been a bidding war over the rights to make a 5th Terminator film and last Wednesday it came down to Lionsgate which has been the stalking horse for a long time and Annapurna Films represented by Megan Ellison who first produced a film with the fantastic True Grit remake.

Today Megan Ellison and Annapurna Films have risen to the top and have won the rights to make “At least two” Terminator films with Fast Five Director Justin Lin. No numbers have been released yet but the numbers being tossed around are $20 Million or more.

Well Justin Lin is sure making certain that he stays on story developments and news outlets and what they’re saying bout T5. MTV chatted with the director about the rumor that I posted about lst time of the Original cast coming back for Terminator 2012 if that’s even the title.

He responded quite rightly as any director would:

“No. I don’t know where that came from,” he said of that particular report. “Everything has just been between me and Arnold, you know? Just us going out and trying to find the right partners. I have certain elements, but it’s never been about, ‘Hey, let’s bring everybody back!’ I just don’t process that way. To me, thematically, there are certain things that I want to see in a ‘Terminator’ movie. A lot of that does draw back to creating this timeline that is an extension, closer tonally to the first and second movies. But to me, it’s not as mathematical as, ‘Hey, let’s get everybody back together and we’ll shoot the movie.’”

Latino Review Breaks HUGE T5 News!

Now I’ll simply make a few comment on it:

Entire Original Cast attached…those words are minted in awesome and bring a whole host questions to mind. Linda Hamilton back as Sarah Connor?! Michael Biehn back as Kyle Reese?! Edward Furlong back as John Connor?! How is this all going to work? I can tell you right now this idea has increased my anticipation for the film 100 fold. The possibilities are startling.

Arnold Will Be Back in T5!

You’ll have to forgive me if posts about items don’t arrive on time unlike this one but my laptop died…Terminated by old age! I’m back on the hour a day at the Library routine. That said huge news in the Terminator-verse today. Arnold will be making his live action debut with a 5th Terminator film!

Justin Lin looks set to direct and Arnold is getting paid big bucks to star.

A number of studios are looking into the project as we speak including Sony and Universal.

NoFateCon! The Billboard Wasn’t Freaking Big Enough!

No Fate Con is On!

I’m very pleased to announce that NoFateCon the Terminator: SarahConnor Chronicles Convention is on!

NoFateCon is being put together by the fine ladies behind SaveTheSCC.com and has been in the works for quite a time.

It’s gonna be freaking big as you can see by going to the link above. As I noted in the post title the billboard wasn’t freaking big enough.

One final notice, while the rights to bring SCC back are entangled legally at the moment don’t expect that to last…we don’t know if we’ll ever see more SCC on the small screen but I do know that we can never give up fighting and WE NEVER WILL!
